EHS Manager Role
As a seasoned EHS professional, you will drive environmental, health, and safety excellence across operations for a global industrial leader.
Key Responsibilities:
* Cultivate a positive EHS culture and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal standards.
* Develop and implement robust systems for hazard identification, risk assessment, incident investigation, and statutory responsibilities.
* Act as Functional Safety Lead across value streams, collaborating with safety representatives and management.
* Manage case files for incidents and accidents, liaising with legal and insurance bodies.
* Deliver training and workshops to build a strong EHS network.
* Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and OHSAS 45001 standards.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a senior EHS role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
* Strong knowledge of UK EHS legislation and regulatory requirements.
* Leadership experience in audits, inspections, and safety improvement programmes.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Relevant qualifications in Health & Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH).
