Automation MES Project Manager | Contractor | 12 months | Fully onsite |East Galway Were looking for a skilled Automation MES Project Manager. The position involves managing and coordinating the deployment of manufacturing systems, working with cross-functional teams around the globe. The deployment includes, but is not limited to, Siemens Ops Center (Camstar MES), Aveva PI, LIMS, and SCADA Ignition. What Youll Do: Assume an IT project manager leadership role for the complete scope of systems and applications required to establish manufacturing operability. Manage all of the activities required by the clients IT Software Development Lifecycle, which is the principal executional roadmap for IT projects. Maintain ownership of the project's schedule and key milestones. Impartially represent the status of the project and its overall health to stakeholders, team members and other constituents through regular status reports and updates. Maintain optics on all portions of the work effort to orchestrate and referee attainment of key milestones, deliverables and work outputs through team collaboration. Gain knowledge and proficiency in the use of the companys project management tools, best practices and quality standards. Complete assigned training in the clients learning management system ("LMS") when required. Identify and broker deviations that impact the project's "Plan of Record" via tasks, collaborations and other activities and problem-solving approaches that remediate risks and issues as they arise. Work with team members to maintain a healthy and positive "project culture" to ensure harmony, good communication and good collaborations that lead to good outcomes.
