The Group's Agribusiness Division operates a state-of-the-art Animal Feed Manufacturing Facility and is a leading and innovative provider of the highest quality feeds and agricultural inputs to dairy, beef, and sheep farmers across the north and south of Ireland.
We are looking for a proactive and dependable Warehouse & Packing Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the packing, palletising and storing of Milk Powders in line with operational instructions and company standards.
You'll play a key role in supporting production efficiency, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring the warehouse is always audit-ready.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate and monitor bagging line equipment in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Complete and document all Operational Prerequisite Program (OPRP) checks.
* Accurately log production data and maintain records in the system.
* Ensure palletiser is operating at all times always adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures
* Operate SAP system as required.
* Ensure correct labels are placed on each pallet.
* Alert maintenance of any breakdowns.
* Responsible for weighing up of powder waste generated on site.
* Dispatch all finished products from site.
* Ensure your work area is kept clean and tidy and audit ready at all times.
* To adhere to food safety guidelines and customer standards at all times.
* Co-operate and part take in appropriate training and development as requested.
* Responsible for own compliance with the Company's Data Protection Policy and Data Retention Process. Must ensure that personal data is kept secure and processed in a lawful manner and that all activities relating to the handling and processing of ordinary personal data, and special category data, comply with Data Protection legislation.
* To take reasonable care of the health and safety of self and others, ensuring compliance with safety regulations in area of responsibility, in line with all relevant Health & Safety legislation.
* To develop own performance by completing relevant learning and development activities.
