The role
Sales Agent (German speaker)
We are seeking hardworking, motivated, and driven individuals to serve as a Contact Centre Sales Agent selling National Pen products to existing customers through outbound telephone calls. No cold calling required. You will provide exceptional service and establish long-term customer relationships.
Daily Job Responsibilities
Call existing customers and generate increased sales.
Manage a database of unassigned accounts with associated sales revenue and key performance targets.
Ensure customer issues are dealt with efficiently, informing the customer of any new products.
Verify the order and customer details online.
Achieve weekly individual sales targets.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of sales experience building relationships with key decision makers.
Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
Passionate about delivering customer service and managing customer expectations.
Energetic, self‑starter who excels in interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Self‑motivated and goal oriented.
