Principle Objective The Talent Acquisition Partner is required to join a fast-paced HR team and take ownership of all recruitment needs across Chadwicks Group and MacBlair.
This is a key role responsible for developing and delivering a cohesive recruitment strategy across the island of Ireland, with end-to-end management of the full recruitment lifecycle.
This individual will act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality talent in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Knowledge & Experience Several years' experience recruiting for a large multi-site business and/or recruitment agency in the Republic of Ireland or Northern IrelandAn excellent communicator with a great track record in Talent Acquisition.Adept at multi-tasking and influencing stakeholdersExperience supporting the delivery of company D&I goals via the Talent Acquisition processKey Responsibilities Design and deliver a recruitment approach to support talent acquisition needs across Chadwicks Group (ROI) and MacBlair (NI)Lead on all aspects of the day-to-day recruitment and selections needs for the business, support hiring managers in the branch network & support office with guidance and advice to on the most appropriate approach to fill their vacancyEnd-to-end recruitment cycle facilitation to include scheduling interviews, applying relevant selection tools as required, appropriate references check, negotiating job offers etcProactively search for potential candidates through internal advertising channel; CV databases; conducting industry searches; identifying & approaching suitably qualified professionalsDevelop our external recruitment channels with a good pipeline of candidates for current and future rolesSupport the design & delivery of recruitment training to managers to ensure they select appropriate calibre people using methods in line with the recruitment and other appropriate policiesProvide analysis & insights on our recruitment activity and resultsPromote the company as an employer of choice and consistently enhance our employer brandingEssential Competencies Successful Track record of managing the recruitment life cycle across multiple sites and/or recruitment agency backgroundExperienced in using applicant tracking systemsDemonstrable experience using a variety of talent sourcing methodologiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComfortable dealing with key stakeholders at all levels of the businessAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment partnersContract Type Permanent full timeFull time 39-hour contractWorking week Monday to Friday (Hybrid Working)Location: Naas Road, Dublin 22Our Benefits Include Hybrid-working modelSalary commensurate with experienceAttractive annual bonus schemeProfit Share SchemePrivate Health Care subsidySick Pay SchemeUp to 6 months fully paid Maternity leaveFertility LeavePaternity LeavePension SchemeColleague Saving SchemeColleague DiscountEducational AssistanceWellness initiativesDon't meet every single requirement?
