Overview
Quest Software is seeking a strategic and technically savvy Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our AI-powered software products. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, design, and go-to-market teams to define and execute the product roadmap for innovative solutions that leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning.
Responsibilities
* Product Strategy & Vision: Define and own the AI vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven software products aligned with Quest’s strategic goals.
* Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and validate product direction.
* AI Trends & Ethical Considerations: Stay current on AI trends, technologies, and ethical considerations to inform product decisions.
* Roadmap & Prioritization: Own and prioritize features and enhancements based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Translate business needs into scalable AI solutions with engineering and data science teams.
* Product Requirements: Write clear product requirements and user stories with acceptance criteria.
* Agile Development: Lead agile product development cycles, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
* KPI Definition & Tracking: Define and track KPIs to measure product success and inform future iterations.
* Voice of the Customer: Advocate for user needs and pain points internally.
* Go-to-Market Support: Partner with marketing and sales to support go-to-market strategies, product launches, and enablement.
* UX/UI Design Partner: Work with UX/UI designers to create prototypes using tools like Figma or Azure Foundry to ensure intuitive and user-centric experiences.
* Customer Engagement: Engage with customers and partners to gather feedback, validate solutions, build long-term relationships.
* Support Escalations: Support customer escalations and work with support teams to resolve product-related issues.
* Analytics & Continuous Improvement: Monitor product performance using analytics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
* 5-7 years of product management experience, ideally with AI/ML or data-driven products.
* Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, model lifecycle, and data infrastructure.
* Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to balance technical depth with business strategy.
* Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.
* Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Preferred Skills
* Familiarity with LLMs, NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems.
* Experience with MLOps tools and platforms (e.g., MLflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI).
* Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), APIs, and enterprise integrations.
* Background in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or platform products.
* Background in IT management, data protection, identity & access management, or endpoint management.
* Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, and analytics platforms.
