Job Description:
* Coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of conferences, banquets, weddings, and events
* Actively lead the banquet team to ensure optimum service to guests and meeting planner satisfaction
* Manage, train and ensure the performance of assigned Banquet Staff
* Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and ensure all details are addressed
* Monitor expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 1-2 years experience in a similar position
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Management operations expertise
* Hotel food & beverage knowledge
* Banqueting and events expertise
