* Prepare comprehensive management accounts, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and variance analysis reports
* Lead the monthly financial close process, presenting key financial information to stakeholders for management and board reporting purposes
* Develop and produce consolidated financial reports across multiple sites and developments
* Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes, monitoring performance against targets and identifying areas for improvement
Responsibilities:
* Analyse project costs and support cost-control initiatives to optimize resource allocation
* Oversee invoice processing, goods received notes matching, requisitions, purchase orders, and project valuation billing
* Manage the full supplier and subcontractor creditor cycle, ensuring timely payments, reconciliations, aged creditor reviews, and retention schedules
* Evaluate and ensure compliance with construction-related tax obligations, including RCT, VAT, and subcontractor verification
* Coordinate intercompany transactions and reconcile balances across group entities
* Recommend and support improvements to systems, processes, and financial workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
