full time Night Porter
to join our dedicated team. This role includes
weekends
, with occasional
day shifts
as required.
About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide a warm, efficient, and helpful service to guests.
* Assist with luggage, directions, and general guest queries.
* Manage check-ins, check-outs, and night reception duties.
* Support guest needs in the lobby (transport, amenities, etc.).
* Ensure hotel and guest security during night hours.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in customer-facing or hospitality roles preferred.
* Friendly, proactive, and able to work independently.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
