What Youll Do Welcome guests and ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for everyone. Monitor and manage crowd behaviour throughout the venue. Carry out pre-shift safety checks and report any incidents to management. Prevent loss or damage to patrons and property. Work closely with floor staff to maintain a clean and secure environment. Complete detailed incident reports at the end of each shift.
