As we continue our journey toward becoming Ireland’s most trusted and sustainable business, we have an exciting opportunity for a successful candidate to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
What you'll be doing:
* Consistently providing expert customer service to our retailer community in a friendly and professional manner.
* Managing assigned queries, including queue management, logging all calls received, and ensuring calls are assigned to the appropriate tier two resolver groups as necessary.
* Supporting our service excellence model, ICARE, across the business.
* Sharing ideas within the team to improve processes and retailer communications.
* Analyzing call and query patterns to identify opportunities for better service.
* Contributing to creating a positive team environment.
What we're looking for:
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a busy, customer-focused environment.
* Competency in PC packages, including the MS Office suite and Excel.
* Previous experience with in-house database systems and spreadsheets.
* A strong commitment to providing excellent customer experience, with great communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to work proactively and complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment with varied workloads.
* Previous customer service experience, working to deadlines, and familiarity with Musgrave processes and systems, would be advantageous.
