About the Role:
We're on the lookout for a resilient, driven, and resourceful Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help accelerate our growth.
This is a role for someone who doesn't back down in the face of a challenge, someone who hears, "this is a tough market," and responds, "watch me."
You'll be at the front line of our sales engine, identifying and engaging potential customers, building early-stage relationships, and qualifying opportunities that turn into long-term Red Sift clients.
This role will give you the opportunity to collaborate closely with AEs, Marketing, Partnerships, and Leadership.
This is a small, hardworking team of 3 SDRs and an experienced manager.
Red Sift has a record of promoting internally from the SDR team and are looking for someone who wants to build a career in tech sales.
What You'll Do:
Leverage AI to research, identify, and prospect into target accounts
Proactively engage accounts with outbound cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach
Qualify inbound interest and route it efficiently through the sales funnel
Build rapport with decision-makers and understand their pain points
Book meetings and create pipeline for our Account Executives
Track engagement, activity, and outcomes in our CRM and sales tools
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Partnership teams
Act as the first ambassador of the Red Sift brand to new prospects

Skills & Experience:
2+ years of professional experience, bonus points for B2B SaaS or sales, but we're open to people from different backgrounds!
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Comfortable using CRM tools and outreach platforms (Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
Self-starter with the ability to manage and prioritize workload independently
Curious, methodical, and results-oriented
