Finance Manager
Location: Co. Kerry, Ireland
Type: Full-time, hybrid working model (3 days on site)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting
2. Deliver 12-month financial forecasts and detailed financial analysis
3. Ensure compliance with financial regulations (e.g., Sarbanes-Oxley)
4. Advise on cost-saving and profit improvement strategies
5. Present financial summaries to senior leadership
6. Prepare for audits and maintain reporting accuracy
Requirements:
7. Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field
8. Minimum 6 years of experience in financial management
9. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, modelling, and compliance
10. Experience in manufacturing/cost accounting preferred
11. Familiarity with international VAT and multi-VAT registration
12. Excellent communication and strategic planning skills
