We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Office Leader to lead our team in Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the office, achieving performance levels and sales targets, and developing staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all aspects of the office, ensuring targets are achieved and personal sales targets are met.
* Lead and manage the performance of Sales Executives, Sales Development Coordinator, and Sales Advisors.
* Provide coaching, development, and support to staff, ensuring they demonstrate the required level of skill, knowledge, and behaviour.
* Allocate targets, business segments, and ensure all staff have the opportunity to excel and achieve business targets.
* Grow revenue through direct selling and account management, personally and with the office team.
* Develop customer relationships and sales opportunities, constantly striving to improve conversion rates and quality of business.
Requirements:
* A relevant degree or CIP qualification.
* A proven track record in sales and relationship management.
* In-depth knowledge of sales processes, policy administration, Microsoft Office, Intranet, Internet, and e-learning.
* A full clean driving licence.
