Stewarts Care is a long-established voluntary organisation providing comprehensive community-based services to people with intellectual disabilities (ID) across Dublin, Kildare and Meath.

We support people with a wide range of support needs across residential settings, day services, supported independent living, job advocacy and vocational training.

In 2022, Stewarts Care introduced a new in-reach nursing model of care to deliver targeted nursing support to people with ID living in community homes

Purpose Of The Post

As the community nursing team continues to expand, we are now seeking an additional Clinical Nurse Manager to support and enhance our nursing team's delivery of high-quality care. The primary purpose of this post is to support the CNM2 to manage and co-ordinate the delivery of nursing services by the in-reach nursing team.

Candidates must meet the following criteria relevant to the role:


* Be a registered RNID and registered in a division of the register of Nurses and Midwives in which the application is being made or in exceptional circumstances (which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis) be registered in another Division of the register of Nurses and Midwives.
* A minimum of three years post registration (of which two must be in the specialist area).
* Demonstrate evidence of continuing professional development.
* A formal post registration qualification in the specialist area of Practice Nursing/Health promotion/Chronic disease management or a related area at Higher Diploma level or equivalent (level 9) on the NQAI framework would be an advantage.
* Full clean drivers licence with your own vehicle.

Salary and qualifications are in accordance with Department of Health consolidated pay scales. CNMI, scale €56,081 - €66,045 per annum for Nursing candidates
