Job Title: Environmental Planning Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Environmental Planning Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in planning and permitting, with the ability to work on large-scale projects.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for involvement in the preparation and management of development consents, compliance, and planning strategy for large scale projects. They will also participate in design processes for layout, master planning, and input or coordination of Environmental Impact Assessment Reports (EIAR). Additionally, they will manage interaction with multi-disciplinary project teams, clients, and stakeholders. This may include liaison with County Councils, An Bord Pleanla (An Coimisin Pleanla) as required.
