The Driver will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient transport of staff between various locations across Limerick, Clare and Galway to the Ennis site.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in punctuality and professionalism, and values providing a reliable and safe service to colleagues.
The Role
The Driver will be responsible for the collection, coordination, and safe transportation of staff to and from the Ennis area and other designated pick-up points.
The successful candidate must demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, time management, and customer care, ensuring all journeys are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with company and road safety standards.
This position requires full flexibility, as hours may vary depending on operational needs — including early mornings, mid-day breaks, and evening return trips.
The schedule will typically involve a few hours on, followed by a few hours off, similar to a professional taxi or shuttle service structure.
Applicants must have full flexibility across weekdays and weekends.
A company vehicle will be provided for all transport duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely transport staff between assigned pick-up points and the Plaza site according to schedules.
Maintain a professional, courteous, and reliable service at all times.
Coordinate daily transport runs, ensuring punctuality and clear communication with staff and management.
Maintain regular communication with management regarding transport schedules and collection arrangements
Keep the company vehicle clean, well-presented, and in safe working condition.
Record mileage, routes, and time logs accurately.
Conduct regular vehicle safety and condition checks, reporting any maintenance needs promptly to the Fleet Manager.
Communicate effectively with management to adjust routes or schedules when required.
Provide general assistance related to staff coordination and site logistics as needed.

Have good knowledge of routes across Clare and Limerick.
Be over 25 years of age (required for commercial vehicle insurance purposes).
Required Skills & Qualifications
Full, clean Irish driving licence (essential).
Previous experience in a professional driving, transport, or logistics role is desirable.
Strong time management and route planning skills.
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, confidentiality, and professionalism.
