Finance Manager Dublin (Hybrid) Salary: €75,000 €90,000 + bonus + benefits Location: Dublin City Centre / Hybrid Type: Permanent, full-time About the Company Our client is a dynamic, fast-growing business with operations across Ireland and international markets. As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking a commercially minded Finance Manager to join their Dublin-based head office. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified finance professional to step into a broad, hands-on role and make a tangible impact on the businesss growth trajectory. Key Responsibilities: Lead the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of management accounts, financial statements, and reports Manage budgeting and forecasting cycles, providing detailed analysis and commentary to the senior leadership team Oversee cash flow management, working capital optimisation, and banking relationships Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures to strengthen governance and compliance Support statutory audit preparation and liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders Partner with operational teams to provide financial insight, improve processes, and drive profitability Prepare board packs, investor updates, and ad-hoc financial analysis as required Mentor and manage a small finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement Requirements: Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA) with post-qualification experience in a similar finance role Proven experience managing month-end processes, budgets, and forecasts Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS/FRS102) and regulatory requirements Commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights Excellent Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Netsuite) is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams Ability to work independently, prioritise workloads, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Benefits: Competitive salary and bonus structure Hybrid working model Pension and healthcare contributions Opportunities for career progression within a rapidly growing organisation Supportive, collaborative culture For more information contact Jamie Doyle at Talent Curve Skills: Accounting management Financial Accounting
