Our client, a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking a Program Manager – Financing to oversee and optimize financing transactions across Germany and Switzerland. This role is ideal for professionals with expertise in customer financing, legal contracts, and strategic project management.
About the Role:
You will act as the primary liaison between sales teams and financing partners, ensuring operational excellence across a portfolio of customer financing transactions. The successful candidate will drive cross-functional collaboration, manage vendor relationships, and support transitioning to a new outsourced financing model.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for financing partners and internal sales teams
Coordinate and support financing requests from account teams in Germany and Switzerland
Oversee operational reporting and identify portfolio issues or opportunities
Guide legacy customers through migration to a new financing model
Support rebate, non-standard requests, and localized documentation
Participate in strategic projects and lead cross-border finance initiatives
Ensure compliance with financing contract standards and residual value tracking
Provide legal and pricing support in German and English contexts
Must-Have Skills:
10+ years of experience in IT financing or financial services within a tech environment
Fluency in both German and English, including legal and contractual language
Strong stakeholder management skills and cross-functional experience
Excellent analytical and project management abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and M365 tools (Excel, Teams, Power BI, SharePoint)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Familiarity with AI tools to streamline workflow
Experience working with outsourced financial service providers
Knowledge of IT infrastructure or storage technologies
