Job Title: Garden Centre Retail Assistant
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic garden centre environment, providing expert guidance and advice to customers on plants and garden products.
The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of plants and gardening products, as well as exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers. Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively are also essential for this role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with stock management, maintaining a high standard of display and merchandising throughout the garden centre, and operating the till and handling cash and card transactions accurately. Additionally, they will be required to provide advice to customers, assist with plant health and care, and adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
