Objective
Based in Annacotty, Limerick, or able to travel to depots in Cork, Sligo, and Limerick. The role involves supporting the maintenance of the QMS, developing and implementing processes to ensure compliance with GxP and ISO 9001:2015 standards. It requires a systematic approach to regulatory compliance, including deviation management, risk assessment, and change control.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
* Support the maintenance of the Electronic Quality Management System across Uniphar businesses and assist the quality team in achieving KPI targets.
* Assist in managing deviations, CAPAs, risk management, and change control processes.
* Support as Deputy Responsible Person for Wholesale distribution authorisations.
* Prepare for regulatory and client audits.
* Assist with ISO certification processes.
* Help integrate QMS into business units.
* Analyze data related to Quality System performance (e.g., Management Reviews).
* Maintain licenses, including manufacturing and wholesale distribution licenses.
* Train business units on quality and compliance matters.
* Report on quality metrics monthly.
* Complete activities within timelines and proactively address compliance issues.
* Engage in challenging assignments as needed.
