Our client is seeking a highly experiencedProgram Manager to lead the Project Management Office (PMO) in the delivery of a portfolio of strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in guiding programs through procurement, proposal, due diligence, and implementation phases, with a strong focus on third-party and vendor management. This contract role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact technology and organisational change projects within a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the Program Management Office and oversee the execution of multiple programs and projects. Manage program planning, governance, reporting, and stakeholder communications at all levels. Ensure effective delivery across scope, time, budget, and quality objectives, in alignment with corporate project standards. Lead program activities through procurement, vendor selection, and implementation phases. Maintain detailed project documentation including milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies. Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and key business stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery. Support the development of integrated plans that align internal IT, business functions, and third-party providers. Manage program approvals, change control processes, and ensure compliance with internal procurement, audit, and regulatory requirements. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will demonstrate: A minimum of15 years experience in project and program management, with proven delivery across infrastructure, application, and organisational change initiatives. Experience leading PMO functions and managing project managers. A strong background invendor management and procurement processes. Proficiency in both Agile and traditional delivery methodologies. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. A pragmatic, collaborative approach with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
