Role Overview
We’re looking for a Digital & Marketing Graphic Designer to cover a 12-month maternity period with strong potential to extend into a permanent position. The role splits into:
* 60% Design Execution: Produce high-quality visual content across digital, motion, video, CRM, and social media
* 20% Creative Ideation: Lead concept development and storytelling to support campaign goals
* 20% Brand Management & Copywriting: Champion Ding’s brand voice, visual identity, and tone
Key Responsibilities
Design Execution (60%)
* Deliver compelling, on-brand visuals for motion, film, digital ads, social, CRM, and activations
* Collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams to ensure timely delivery
Creative Ideation (20%)
* Lead brainstorming sessions and create strong visual narratives
* Turn marketing briefs into strategic, creative concepts aligned with business goals
Brand Management & Copy (20%)
* Enforce brand guidelines and tone of voice across all materials
* Write engaging copy for ads, emails, and digital touchpoints
* Coach internal stakeholders on brand consistency and asset quality
What You’ll Bring
* 5+ years of experience in digital or agency design environments
* Proven experience using AI tools to enhance or streamline creative output
* Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere)
* Experience working with Figma for collaborative design and prototyping
* Excellent creative ideation and storytelling ability
* Solid copywriting and tone-of-voice adaptability
* Exceptional attention to detail and brand stewardship
* Effective time and project management skills
* Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally
