The successful candidate will report directly to the Group CEO and be responsible for developing a comprehensive business strategy, driving revenue growth through effective sales channels, and managing a cross-functional team of professionals. Our ideal candidate will have over 5 years of senior operations experience in the HVAC sector, preferably with a proven track record in managing businesses with significant financial turnover.
