Key Responsibilities
* Support the Department Manager in planning and resource allocation to ensure seamless operations.
* Recruit, develop, and retain resources through effective graduate recruitment, internal training, and performance appraisals.
* Improve departmental work processes and maintain quality standards by implementing best practices and innovative solutions.
* Support piping engineering improvements via collaborative forums and knowledge sharing initiatives.
* Assume responsibility for the Department Manager's duties during their absence, ensuring continuity and minimal disruption.
* Develop execution strategies and provide support for commercial and risk reviews to drive business growth and success.

* Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

Qualifications
* Hold a Bachelor's Degree or Ordinary Degree in Engineering or Science-related discipline.
* Have a minimum of 10 years' experience in the field, with 3-4 years in a design office environment.
