**Requirements**
**What You Bring**
* At least 5 years of experience in digital or graphic design. Ideally, at a fast-moving startup
* A strong portfolio that shows your range: brand identities, UI design, product visuals, voice of Customer analysis and user-centered thinking, user research, journey road mapping
* You're fluent in Figma and the Adobe tools (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
* You have created and curated libraries of reusable components
* You know how to work with developers and hand off designs that just make sense. Ideally, you have designed and helped deliver exceptional Mobile and Web products, understanding the limitations of mobile & Web UI frameworks and how to overcome them to deliver great user experiences
* Responsive design knowledge is also important in creating a unified experience across mobile, web, email & chat channels
* You have familiarity with UX analytics tools & A/B Testing and have used AI tools to accelerate design and delivery processes
* You care deeply about the details, from typography to spacing to polish
* Bonus points if you've worked in B2B, fintech, or a regulated industry
