Overview A full-service law firm in Dublin is seeking to recruit a Litigation Solicitor with between 2-4 years' PQE to join its established and growing Dispute Resolution team.
This is a broad litigation role offering high-quality work, strong partner access and exposure to a wide range of commercial disputes.
The role has not been released to the wider market and is being handled exclusively.
The Role The successful candidate will work on a diverse litigation caseload, including: Commercial and contractual disputes Shareholder and company law litigation Insolvency and restructuring-related disputes Banking, recoveries and creditors' rights Property-related litigation Regulatory and compliance matters Exposure to contentious intellectual property and technology disputes The role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior partners, with involvement in strategy, client interaction and court work.
