Job Title: Staff Nurse
Working in Residential Services means being part of a dedicated team that supports residents to lead a full life as contributing members within their communities.
Responsibilities:
* To work collaboratively with the residential manager and other team members to ensure that service objectives are met, reviewed and maintained or improved for the benefit of our residents.
* To provide therapeutic interventions, practical support and nursing care to individuals we support.
* Promote resident involvement, consultation and participation throughout all aspects of the service including facilitating opportunities for socialisation and leisure activities which contribute to an enjoyable home life.
