The successful candidate will be situated in our cleanroom class 10 Wafer Fabrication facility and will perform the duties described below. No travel required.ResponsibilitiesSupport Daily Operation of Semiconductor Manufacturing Facility with proven skills in effective problem solving, troubleshooting and root cause failure analysisLead cross functional teams in a systematic approach to continuous improvement, using data driven analysis and decision makingDrive Continuous Improvement of KPI’s of semiconductor manufacturing Equipment such as % Availability, Mean-Time-To-Repair (MTTR) and Mean-Time-Between-Failure (MTBF)QualificationsEducation: Ordinary Bachelor’s degrees (NFQ Level 7) or Honours Bachelor’s degrees (NFQ Level 8).Experience: 6-10 years of experience – Maintenance Technician or Engineer, ideally coming from a highly regulated environment or an Equipment Maintenance role within the Semiconductor industry.Capable of demonstrating analytical troubleshooting methods (Root Cause Analysis, 8D Problem Solving, 5-Why), and First Time Right repair skills.Able to follow preventative maintenance and Standard Work procedures.Prior experience in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) is desirable.These tools offer the potential to experience a multitude of exciting aspects including Electronics, High Vacuum, Pneumatics, Pneumatics and Robotics. Although not essential, prior experience in some of the following Equipment would be useful: Applied Material Implanters & Deposition Platforms; Axcellis implanters; Akrion and JST Wet benches; ASM and Aviza Furnaces; TEL Tracks; Nikon Steppers; LAM Etchers; Novellus Deposition Platforms; Semitool, SEZ and Siconnex Wet Chemistry Platforms.For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices may require export licensing review.
