Your Key Responsibilities
* To provide leadership and mentorship to your team, supporting their professional growth and development within our values-led culture.
* To ensure compliance with quality standards by maintaining accurate records of lesson plans, assessments, and child progress.
You'll Need:
Essential Requirements
* Fetac Level 5 (or recognised equivalent) qualification in Early Childhood Care & Education.
* Experience in a childcare setting is preferred but not essential - we offer training & support for all roles!
Nice-to-Haves:
1. Aistear & Siolta experience - if you're passionate about implementing these frameworks in practice!, or other relevant early years qualifications like Bachelor's degrees.">
