Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times, following child protection and health & safety guidelines.
Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities in line with Aistear and Síolta.
Support children's individual needs and developmental milestones through play-based learning and responsive caregiving.
Observe and record children's progress and development, and communicate regularly with parents and guardians.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and management to maintain high-quality standards and support a positive team environment.
Build strong relationships with parents, guardians, and other professionals, providing feedback and support as needed.
Adhere to all relevant legislation and policies, including Tusla regulations, GDPR, and organisational policies.
