Position: Digital Marketing Executive Location: remote, Has to be within Europe (+1 hour of Ireland/Portugal) max Employment type: Part-Time (2 days per week).
About the role.
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Expert to own and execute our digital growth strategy.
This role focuses on lead generation, brand positioning, funnel optimisation, and performance marketing, driving both B2C customer acquisition and trade enquiries.
Success in this commercial role is measured by leads, conversions, cost efficiency, and measurable revenue impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and relevant platforms to drive leads, bookings, and enquiries Improve campaign performance through audience targeting, retargeting strategies, A/B testing, and ongoing optimisation Develop and manage organic content strategy across social channels to grow brand visibility and engagement Manage CRM and email marketing, including automation, audience segmentation, and nurture campaigns to improve conversions Track performance metrics, produce regular reports, and provide data-driven recommendations to support business growth.
REQUIREMENTS: Fluent / native in English both written and oral 1+ years' experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or lead generation roles with proven campaign results Hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms including Meta Ads and Google Ads Strong understanding of marketing funnels, conversion optimisation, analytics, and performance reporting Experience with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp and CRM-driven campaigns Commercially minded, data-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Major advantage if you have: experience Playing/watching or following Golf Building landing pages, SEO knowledge, copywriting skills BENEFITS: Competitive salary package Opportunity to join a growing, customer-focused company Supportive and collaborative working environment Flexibility in work arrangements.
