The Warehouse Operative will work closely with the Warehouse Manager and other team members to maintain a safe, organised, and productive warehouse environment.Principal Duties And ResponsibilitiesInbound Stock & Goods InwardsoReceive deliveries of packaging and stock, check quantities, and store items tidily.oInspect all goods entering the warehouse, record receipts, and pass paperwork to the admin team.oEnsure goods are stored correctly and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) is applied.oReceive and process medicinal stock in accordance with SOPs and GDP (Guidelines 2013/C 68/01).oMaintain cleanliness and security of all storage areas.Stock Maintenance & Order FulfilmentoMonitor expiry dates and report products approaching their sell-by date.oPick and pack customer orders as requested, ensuring compliance with SOP/GDP.oDispatch orders with appropriate paperwork and packaging.oLoad couriers with goods for delivery.Housekeeping & General DutiesoKeep warehouse and external areas clean and tidy, including shelf dusting and litter removal.oComplete annual stocktake as required.oProcess customer returns in line with GDP and remain vigilant for falsified medicines.oMaintain good personal hygiene and adhere to all health, safety, and environmental requirements.oTake daily temperature readings of the warehouse and report any excursions.oFollow all relevant Standard Operating Procedures and company policies.oPerform other duties as deemed reasonable and necessary by Medguard Healthcare.Required Experience And QualificationsPrevious experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is desirable.Familiarity with GDP guidelines and SOPs is an advantage.Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good communication skills.Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, hygiene, and security.Benefits22 Days Annual Leave Because work-life balance matters.€250 Health & Wellness Subsidy Invest in your well-being, on us.Group Pension Plan 2% company match with New Ireland Assurance.Death in Service Benefit Peace of mind with 2x basic salary coverage.Employee Assistance Programme Confidential support when you need it.€250 Holiday Bonus Voucher A little extra for your next getaway.Access to HSF Health Plan Affordable healthcare for you and your family.Team Member Discount 10% over cost for any of our productsLearning & Development Opportunities Grow your skills with access to training, upskilling, and career development support.Join the Team Behind the Mission at Medguard Apply Today
