Store Manager – Naas
Our client an expanding big box retail chain is seeking to recruit a Store Manager for their Naas location.
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating and delivering the best in class across, service, operations and commercial success.
This is a dynamic, hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities.
Responsibilities:
1. Drive sales and service across the store ensuring efficient day to day management.
2. Mentor, coach and inspire the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Maintain high standards in visual merchandising and store standards.
4. Plan and execute promotional strategies and seasonal campaigns.
5. Foster a positive, inclusive culture where every team member feels valued.
6. Drive store performance through sharp execution and commercial insight.
7. Analyse sales reports and react accordingly
Skills And Experience:
8. 2+ year's experience in retail management (experience in FMCG or big-box retail is advantageous).
9. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop people, building capability and driving team performance.
10. Strong communication, time-management, and decision-making skills.
11. High levels of energy and resilience, with a genuine passion for retail and achieving results through the team.
12. A confident, hands-on leader who leads by example, sets high standards, and establishes the tone for the store.
