Human Resources Coordinator Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the full HR lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement, policy development, and administration of HR systems. They will work closely with managers across the business to deliver an ambitious and people-focused agenda.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the full people management process including recruitment, onboarding, contract preparation, and leaver administration.
* Manage recruitment administration job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, medicals, and reference checks.
* Administer HR processes including employee onboarding, personal detail updates, and tracking of annual leave.
* Work with the HR team to enhance onboarding processes materials and resources.
* Arrange logistics for training programs and HR-related meetings.
* Review HR policies to ensure compliance with employment legislation.
* Contribute to updating and improving the Employee Handbook.
* Assist with talent and performance management reporting.
* Support wellbeing and employee engagement events.
* Collaborate with the Early Careers team on graduate apprentice and student programs.
* Maintain and update the Employee Portal for company-wide communications.
* Serve as a point of contact for HR queries arranging on-site meetings where required.
* Assist the HR team with ongoing projects to deliver the company's people strategy.
Requirements:
* Degree or CIPD qualification in HR or working towards.
* Experience in a fast-paced HR environment is an advantage.
* IT proficient with strong systems and software skills.
* Excellent organisational skills accuracy and attention to detail.
* A proactive solution-oriented and improvement-focused mindset.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills written and verbal.
* Comfortable challenging processes to drive improvements.
