INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for:
Job Title – Finishing Foreman
Project – Residential - new build houses
Job Location – North County Dublin
Salary – €60K - €70K + travel package
About the Company
Working with a well-known Developer/ Contractor on a mix of residential developments in the North County Dublin area. Projects range in value from €30M to €80M.
This would be a great opportunity for a Finishing Foreman/ Foreman based in North Leinster/ Newry/ Armagh area to get guaranteed long-term work in North Dublin.
Applicants must have experience working on projects with 100+ units.
The Role
* Support the Site Manager and Project Manager throughout the completion of the project
* Oversee the finishing of high-volume housing development
* Read and interpret drawings
* Manage different trade teams and subcontractors
* Update Site Diary
* Order materials as needed
* Spot issues before they may arise and implement a plan to quickly overcome them
Requirements
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Finishing Foreman role with a Main Contractor or Developer in Ireland
* Ideally carpentry or joinery background with relevant trades qualification
* Experience working on resi developments with 100+ units
* Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint.
