About the Role:
* The successful candidate will be responsible for leading production related GMP projects within our Fill Finish facility.

1. Aseptic Filling Lines expertise is essential for this role.
2. Candidates must have strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills to drive process improvements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary to work effectively with cross-functional teams including operations, quality assurance, and engineering.
4. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (e.g. Chemical Engineering) required; Master's degree preferred.
