* Maintain top-level food safety, hygiene, and presentation standards at all times.
Requirements for Success:
* Previous experience as a Sous Chef or similar leadership role in a 4 or 5-star property.
* A passion for seasonal, local ingredients and a strong commitment to food excellence.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills to inspire and motivate the team.
* A calm, professional approach with a keen eye for detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
