The successful candidate will report to the Head of HR and assist in the 360 employee lifecycle, providing admin support to the wider HR team.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide clerical and administrative support to the wider HR team (L&D, Recruitment) on work legislation, compliance and policies/proceduresDraft communications and monitor relevant inboxesWider admin support on audit, statutory reporting, raising POs and budget trackingAssist with monitoring and tracking the probation processKey SkillsExperienced HR admin clerical experienceStrong IT skills, with the ability to learn quickly and work confidently across multiple HR systems and Microsoft 365 toolsDemonstrated ability to liaise with staff using HR services, speak with external providers and escalat queries to the HR team as neededAble to multitask, trusting of confidential information and comfortable working in a busy office environment
