IT Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing timely and professional first-line IT support to employees and clients.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing technical assistance via phone, email, or remote access
* Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
* Documenting and prioritizing support requests using a service management platform
* Escalating unresolved technical issues to technical teams
* Assisting with setup, configuration, and installation of hardware and software
* Performing routine system checks and updates
To succeed in this role, you should have 1+ years of experience in IT helpdesk, technical support, or customer service roles, as well as basic knowledge of operating systems and office productivity tools.
Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, and other business systems is desirable.
