Job Title: Assistant Leisure Centre Manager
About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity for individuals who are passionate about creating memorable guest experiences. As an Assistant Leisure Centre Manager, you will be responsible for driving performance and fostering a strong culture of teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Leisure Centre Manager in their absence and oversee daily operations, ensuring a safe and effective working environment.
* Contribute to employee training and development, employee engagement, and HR issues.
* Liaise with management regarding operational matters.
* Drive sales and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
Requirements:
* Familiarity with invoice systems.
* At least 6 months of prior experience as a Leisure Centre Supervisor or Assistant Manager.
* Proficiency in written and spoken English.
* Full qualification and certification in Gym Instruction.
* Current certification in Lifeguarding.
* Ongoing certification in Occupational First Aid.
* Certification in Pool Plant Room Operation (desired but not essential).
* Registration with REPs Ireland.
