We are seeking a skilled Deli Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of product quality, customer service, and cleanliness.

* Manage the running of the fresh food department
* Roster, plan, and schedule lunch services to meet deadlines
* Conduct inventory and stock management, maintaining optimal back stock levels
* Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize department performance, drive sales growth, increase productivity, control waste, and minimize shrinkage
