Description Applications are invited for the Permanentposition ofHelpdesk Officer (Grade IV Officer) in the ICT Department of St. Vincent's University Hospital.
Role Summary: The primary duty of this role is to provide administration support and ICT technical support for the ICT department of St Vincent's University Healthcare Group.
To provide support for all clinical and nonu0002clinical systems; support all hardware and software tools, including installation, configuration and maintenance of these systems while also ensuring the effective and timely resolution of technical problems.
This role also requires strong communication skills, self-motivation, ability to work alone or as part of a team, and problem solving skills.
This role requires to work on-site for logistical purposes.
A panel may be formed to fill upcoming vacancies which may arise over the next 6 months.
