Job Opportunity: Building Services Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Building Services Engineer to join our team in Dublin. The successful candidate will have a strong background in the design and management of building services systems, including HVAC, utilities, plumbing, and fire protection.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and manage production of all building services systems for large-scale projects
* Lead the design from concept to handover
* Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and further develop our design capability
* Attend design team meetings and conduct onsite inspections
* Develop and guide team members working under your supervision
* Liaise and interact with the wider project team, including designers, clients, and contractors
Requirements:
* 10+ years' experience in the design of building services systems, preferably in a consultancy environment in the pharmaceutical or allied sectors
* Competent in design software such as Fluid Flow or Pipe-Flo
* Honours degree (NFQ Level 8 for Ireland) preferably in Building Services or Mechanical engineering
* Experience of working in a collaborative BIM environment
* Chartered Engineer preferred
