We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team.
Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to support our HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, attendance management, and general HR support. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating recruitment & onboarding processes, supporting learning & development activities, maintaining HR systems and personnel records, monitoring absence & supporting attendance tracking, and managing the HR inbox and general admin tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 5 GCSEs (including English & Maths)
* At least 2 years' administrative experience, with at least 1 year in HR
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Strong communication, organization & confidentiality skills
Desirable qualifications include CIPD membership or an HR qualification, as well as experience with HR systems (e.g., PAMS).
