Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team and drive success in areas of responsibility. Reporting to the Site Engineering Manager, this key member of the core Operations Support team will be responsible for managing and supporting all engineering activities.
This is a high-volume demanding production environment where knowledge of Medical Device or similar quality and manufacturing systems would be highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading focused production/technical problem-solving teams and possess working knowledge of six sigma and/or lean engineering principles with a proven track record.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives
Skillset Requirements:
* Level 8 Engineering degree or equivalent required; plus extensive industry-specific technical expertise
* A minimum 5-7 years' experience working within high volume/manufacturing environments
The right individual should bring exceptional communication skills (oral/written) along with an ability to communicate ideas/concepts/projects clearly positively.
