Job Title: Early Years Educator
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Early Years Educator to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dublin 6.
* Responsibilities:
* Creating a safe and stimulating environment focused on the holistic developmental needs of children in your care.
* Developing, planning, and leading age-appropriate curriculum and activities for babies aged 8 months to 1 year old.
* Documenting children's progress and effectively communicating with parents, children, and colleagues.
Requirements:
* Qualifications & Skills:
* Minimum Level 5 childcare qualification recognized by the DCEDIY is essential.
* Experience working in a creche environment is desirable but training will be given.
* Familiarity with Aistear Curriculum and Siolta Quality Framework.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to maintain a safe, positive, and nurturing learning environment for children.
* Adequate record-keeping skills, including the ability to maintain accurate progress reports and other required documentation.
* Ability to collaborate with other educators and support staff, ensuring the smooth operation of the service in a way that reflects good standards of care and well-being.
* Good understanding of verbal and written English is essential.
