Festival Marketing Coordinator Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and experienced marketing professional to support the delivery of our festival. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of a world-class film event.
The successful candidate will work closely with our marketing manager to achieve our marketing objectives. The role includes developing cross-channel content, supporting marketing plans, and engaging with partners, audiences, and festival guests.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Execution: Execute integrated campaigns (digital, social, print, PR, and media) to promote the festival and its program to new and existing audiences.
2. Social Media Management: Monitor our social platforms and create fresh and relevant content to enhance digital reach.
3. Brochure Development: Support the design, content management, editorial, copywriting, proofing, printing, and distribution of our festival brochure.
4. Festival Delivery: Engage confidently with partners, audiences, and festival guests during the festival to ensure promotional plans are executed and engaging content is captured.
5. Post-Festival Reporting: Assist in the creation of comprehensive post-festival reports demonstrating the impact of marketing and promotional plans.
Requirements:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in the arts, entertainment, or cultural sector.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for diverse audiences.
3. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
4. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency.
5. Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
6. Passion for film, arts, and culture.
