Inform3 are recruiting for a busy Limerick-based contractor who provide a wide range of construction solutions that cater for home, business, public service and industrial needs. Would work on projects valued at €300k-€3m.
They require a Site Foreman to look after 1-3 small-scale projects in the area. This role would be a good fit for someone with experience in programming.

Salary: €70,000 - €75,000 & Travel package
The Role
* Programming and scheduling
* Reporting to the Managing Director
* Responsible for day to day running of the site
* Coordinating and supervising all site staff and sub-contractors
* Carrying out weekly site meetings
* Ensuring Projects are kept to projected and budgeted costings
* Ensuring all safety systems are in place and abided by to ensure accident prevention
Job Requirements
* 5+ years’ experience as a Site Foreman in main contracting
* Trades background an advantage
* Knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards.
* The Ability to lead, use initiative and be self-motivated.
* Ability to work to targets and deadlines.
