**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Coordinator to support the development and operational activities of our business unit. This role plays a key part in managing client relationships, preparing proposals and presentations, coordinating internal resources, and ensuring the efficient execution of sales and operational processes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage client relationships and prepare proposals and presentations.
* Coordinate internal resources and ensure the efficient execution of sales and operational processes.
* Ensure provision of healthy and safe working conditions and arrange contract review meetings throughout the year.
* Track holidays and sickness for our business on Workday system.
* Collaborate with HR to update staffing structures on all contracts.
* Support ad hoc event management and diary management.
* Work with other operational managers to ensure collaborative development of the business and effective team working.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
* Good knowledge of facilities/property management.
* Strong communication skills, both verbally and written.
* Accurate administration of paperwork generated at office level.
* Highly skilled and efficient in Microsoft Packages.
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, facilities management, or related field.
* 2+ years of experience in coordination or administrative role, preferably in facilities management or service industry.
